Admissions/registration requirements

For all students:

• School payments and fees should be up to date. (Please submit original receipt and copy of the present month.
• Registration or re-registration form duly filled out.
• Medical information sheet up-to-date, duly completed.
• Signed authorization for the student to leave school alone. (if the case applies).
• Medical Certificate updated indicating blood type.
• Vaccination card up-to-date. (For Pre-school and First Grade students).
• Four photographs in color (small size).
• Payment rules acceptance duly signed.
• Rules and Regulations for Parents and Rules and Regulations for students duly signed.
• To have in hand the books and materials specified in the school list. (This list will be available during the third week in June).  

For new students:  (In addition to the above mentioned requirements)

• The candidate and his or her parents will have an interview with the Principal of the school and the Coordinators.
• An Evaluation will be conducted and payment of the same should be made in the Administration prior to making an appointment for the same.
• The receipt of evaluation payment and the registration form should be submitted on evaluation day.

Once accepted, the student must submit the following documents:

• Birth Certificate (Certified copy, NOT PHOTOCOPY).
• Copy of the CURP of student and parents. (Population Registry Card).
• For Primary and Secondary Levels.  (Official Transcripts from the Ministry of Education (SEP) for previous year). and Report Card
• A general average of 8.5 minimum (in the previous school year)  is required for Primary and Secondary Levels.
• Letter from previous school confirming that there is no outstanding balance.
• Confidential report from the previous school duly filled out, signed and sealed. (This form is given by our school to be completed by the authorities of the school previously attended by the student.  It should be delivered to the Principal of the Escuela Valle de Bravo in a sealed envelope).
• If the academic level of the student is not on a par with the average of  the group that he is entering, the parents will be asked to sign a letter of commitment to provide special classes for the student.
